The concept

While many Italian companies are still forming AI task forces, some organizations have already put AI agents in production, working alongside people, with responsibilities on the org chart and measurable results.

Agent ORG is an opportunity to step inside such an organization. Eight people, ten AI agents, one real operational case. Over the course of the evening you'll see a typical day, from 6:30 AM through to the 7:00 PM emails, with the agents' activity feed streamed live.

Artificial intelligence stops being a roadmap and becomes part of the operational organization. That's the theme of the evening: not what AI might do, but how it's already working today in Italian companies like yours.

Welcome & drinks

Inside the organization

18:30 — 19:45

We open the evening by introducing a real organization — eight people and ten AI agents — and a typical day in production, with the activity feed streamed live. What you'll see is running today, not a stage reconstruction.

1-to-1 sessions with the Exelab team

19:45 — 20:15

Twenty minutes with an Exelab consultant, in the format you prefer: a close-up demo, a couple of technical questions, or a conversation about your organization if you want to dig in. If it resonates, this is where the path toward the highest-impact agents begins.

Dinner & networking

20:00 — 22:00

Stand-up dinner on the terrace with dedicated catering. The digital concierge facilitates introductions between participants based on role and area of interest. A chance to exchange views with C-level peers from other Italian companies facing the same challenges.
